Qualifications

• Must have MSW and active CA LCSW license.
• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and ACHC standards.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the social services team and ensure care coordination with clinical providers.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor social workers; provide clinical supervision and growth support.
• Oversee assessment, planning, and evaluation of social services care with proper documentation.
