Job summary

Ethos is seeking a PRN Hospice Massage Therapist in the Bismarck area. The role involves providing individualized massage interventions to support emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being for hospice patients and families.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care plans are personalized and dignified, with a pay range of $24.00/hr to $33.00/hr and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Independent massage license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of therapeutic massage experience.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• College degree preferred.
• Meblex completion preferred.
• Experience in health care or hospice setting preferred.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments per hospice protocols.
• Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Chart all visits using Homecare Homebase.
• Communicate schedules with patients' families.
• Create a consistent visit schedule for each patient.
• Coordinate with the care team on patient conditions.
