Job summary

Ethos Hospice is seeking a PRN Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage that supports emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being for patients and families in a hospice setting. You’ll work with interdisciplinary teams to personalize care plans and deliver comfort, presence, and peace on schedule.

Based in Grand Forks with a 40-mile travel radius, this hourly, non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, documentation time, and options for mileage or a car program.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed massage therapist with independent license.
• Minimum of 3 years of therapeutic massage experience in health care or hospice preferred.
• CPR certification required; proof of professional liability insurance may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional massage and body treatments per Hospice protocols.
• Answer patient questions professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Chart visits thoroughly using Homecare Homebase and communicate with families.
• Coordinate with care team to align on each patient's condition and schedule.
