Job summary

Interim HealthCare Hospice in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a PRN Massage Therapist to support our Eau Claire and Western Wisconsin territory. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to determine eligibility for massage therapy and provide care that emphasizes comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, coordinating with the care team, and building meaningful connections with patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist in Wisconsin.
• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience.
• Hospice massage therapy experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify patients who may benefit from massage therapy.
• Communicate with the IDG regarding patient status and progress toward goals.
• Complete and submit timely documentation of massage therapy services.
• Provide assessments and adapt the care plan to patient needs.
