Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join the clinical team in Lincoln, NE.

The role focuses on providing therapeutic touch that complements medical care and enhances patient comfort during end-of-life care. Requirements include graduating from an accredited Massage Therapy program, holding a current Massage Therapist License (or Bodywork Therapist License), and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing states.
• Valid State Driver’s License with automobile in good working order and insurance.
• Ability to pass background check, consumer report, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy per plan of care and assess treatment effectiveness.
• Administer Swedish Massage, Comfort Touch, energy work, and related interventions.
• Observe patient responses and educate the clinical team on treatment suitability.
• Maintain documentation within 24–48 hours and participate in education activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
