Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Hospice Massage Therapist to visit patients in their homes within our Roseville, MN area and provide comfort touch therapy. The role is full-time with hours from 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and includes a generous benefits package and travel within the service area.

You will conduct initial evaluations, deliver massage therapy per physician orders, and document services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary group to support

Qualifications

• Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy.
• One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
• Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.

As a Hospice Massage Therapist, you will have a meaningful role and make a difference in the lives of our patients to help find comfort when it's needed most. Travel within Interim HealthCare's service area to visit patients one on one in their home environment and provide comfort touch massages.

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Hourly Pay Range: $25.74 - $30.69

Territory: Our office is based in Roseville, MN and our service area covers the 11 County Twin Cities Metro area. The territory for this position will be primarily in the South Metro. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel throughout Interim's service area based on the client’s needs.

Some functions of what you would do as a Hospice Massage Therapist:

• Conduct initial evaluation, assessing & identifying patient’s needs.
• Provide comfort touch massage therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care with a focus on a hospice and palliative care approach.
• Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.

A few must-haves for this position:

• Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy.
• One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
• Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.
• Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance is required.
