Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities is seeking a Hospice Massage Therapist to visit patients in their homes across the South Metro and surrounding Twin Cities service area, providing comfort touch in alignment with physician orders and the IDG plan.

This full-time role includes a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, travel within service area, and benefits such as insurance, PTO, 401k, license reimbursement, CEU support, and a company car program with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy.
• One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
• Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.
• Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation, assessing & identifying patient’s needs.
• Provide comfort touch massage therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care with a focus on a hospice and palliative care approach.
• Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.
