Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to build referral partnerships and grow awareness in the Tucson area.

This full-time role focuses on hospitals, SNFs, physician offices, and other referral sources; you will educate teams about hospice services and drive timely admissions.

You’ll join a supportive leadership team with a competitive salary, bonuses, full benefits, and mileage reimbursement. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing, liaison, or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospice services and referral processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness of Dependable Hospice throughout the community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing referral sources.
• Coordinate closely with Intake and Clinical teams to help facilitate timely admissions.
• Represent Dependable Hospice at community events, networking opportunities, conferences, and healthcare functions.
• Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and relationship development.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop strong referral partnerships, and is passionate about connecting patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate has previous hospice marketing experience, established knowledge of the healthcare community, and the confidence to build meaningful relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, and other referral sources.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with hospice regulations and organizational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing, liaison, or business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered

• Strong understanding of hospice services and referral processes

• Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance requirements

• Proven ability to develop and maintain healthcare referral relationships

• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently

• Comfortable working with hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare organizations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
