Concho Hearts Hospice seeks an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to lead a new Lubbock location and drive market growth. Build a team, establish referrals, and engage the community while ensuring compassionate end-of-life care.

You will partner with clinical leadership, oversee daily operations, and develop partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to sustain census growth. Competitive salary with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospice marketing experience.
• Ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations knowledge and regulatory familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
