Concho Hearts Hospice in Laredo is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location, grow partnerships, and drive census growth. You will work with an established Home Office team while maintaining autonomy to shape operations and compliance at the branch level.

The role emphasizes community outreach, referral development, and strong leadership to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
