Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Paris is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a location, develop your team, and grow partnerships with hospitals and community providers. You will drive census growth while overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance.

The role emphasizes ownership of market development, relationship-building, and delivering compassionate end-of-life care with support from a home office leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hospice marketing or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
