Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Conroe, TX. You will provide nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN and coordinate with physicians and the hospice team to ensure optimal patient care.

Eligible candidates hold a Texas LVN license, have 2–3 years LVN experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Hospice experience is preferred; ESOP benefits are included along with competitive pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN license.
• Minimum 2–3 years as LVN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance.
• Previous Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing and supportive care under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates with physicians, hospice team, and other agencies to coordinate care.
• Documents services provided and submits on forms.
