Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice in Vicksburg, MS is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing and supportive care under the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.

You will collaborate with physicians and the hospice team to coordinate quality patient care, document all services, and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations. CPR certification and MS LPN license are required, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Mississippi LPN license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of LPN experience, hospice preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and supportive care under the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
• Communicate with physicians and hospice team to coordinate care.
• Document all services and submit using required forms.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Adhere to Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations.
