Job summary

Ohio'S Hospice is seeking an LPN for a PT night shift (8pm-8am) that involves driving to patients in the Dayton/Springfield area to provide 1:1 bedside care for those actively declining. You will work under the direction of an RN, caring for patients in homes or facilities.

Responsibilities include documenting care with computer systems, passing a criminal background check, and maintaining a safe driving record while delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice services to patients and

Qualifications

• Must be an LPN licensed in Ohio with no board actions.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Computer skills to document services and care.
• Must be able to drive to patients in Dayton/Springfield.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State minimum automobile insurance coverage.
• Criminal background check required.
• 10-panel drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 bedside care for patients who are actively declining.
• Drive to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area for in-home/hospital settings under RN supervision.
