Job summary

Envhhwa is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hospice Care Team in Washington. This full-time role offers competitive compensation of $36 - $42.50/hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with a company match, and paid time off.

The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, educate families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality end-of-life care for patients. Previous hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Washington.
• Active BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients per physician orders and regulations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team members.
• Respond to patient and family needs for care support.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
