Job summary

Capital City Hospice in Columbus, Ohio is hiring an LPN to provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients in home settings. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, educate families, manage symptoms, and help patients remain in their own homes throughout their journey.

Qualifications include a current LPN/LVN license and CPR certification; three years of nursing experience are preferred. A valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Three years of nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, community health, or medical/surgical experience preferred.

What You’ll Do: As an LPN, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients while supporting their families and caregivers.
