Role Description

This part-time role is evolving into a full-time field position for a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse at Legacy Hospice, located in Carmel, Indiana, serving the Greater Indianapolis region. The LPN will provide nursing care, administer medication, and manage end-of-life care reporting to the RNCM. Daily responsibilities include visiting patients at home, assessing needs, and offering compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
