You will focus on developing referral relationships, increasing hospice admissions, and serving as a trusted liaison among providers, community partners, families, and the hospice team.

Qualifications

• Experience working within healthcare.
• Hospice, home health, long-term care, acute care, or related setting welcome.
• Sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Hospice or home health sales experience highly desirable.
• Comfortable developing new referral sources and conducting external sales calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, goal-oriented, able to independently manage a territory.

We're hiring a Hospice Liaison who wants a strong base salary, performance-based earning potential, and the opportunity to build meaningful healthcare relationships while helping more patients and families access hospice services.

You’ll step into a field-based healthcare sales and business development role focused on developing referral relationships, increasing hospice admissions, and serving as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers, community partners, prospective families, and the hospice team. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory while building a strong referral network throughout the community.
