Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Lexington Community Hospice House. This PRN day shift (7am-7pm) role involves visiting patients, delivering routine care under RN supervision, and communicating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

PRN Day Shift (7am-7pm)

We are looking for hospice licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you’ll work under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct patient visits and provide routine care, while communicating with the care team, the patient and their family.
