Ohio’s Hospice seeks a part-time Hospice PCS to join the Middletown Hospice House IPU in Franklin, OH. The 7:00 am–7:30 pm shift includes every other weekend/holiday rotations, plus UC duties in this role.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate patient care, documentation in EMRs, and support for families during critical moments. A driver’s license and clean background are required.

As a Hospice PCS, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.
