Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be able to manage and coordinate care for up to 25 patients with an interdisciplinary team.
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience and 2 years Hospice RN experience is required.
- GA RN license in good standing and CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of Hospice House staff and operations including patient care documentation.
- Coordinate patient care across levels of hospice care and monitor eligibility.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations.
- Budget management and cost-effective provisioning of patient care.
- Provide leadership for staff, conduct evaluations, and schedule staff accordingly.
