Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) – Scranton / Dickson City, PA is seeking a compassionate clinician to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will supervise LPNs/LVNs and HHAs, participate in on-call rotations, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting patients

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; home health or hospice preferred.
• PA RN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle; willingness to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments; wound care, IV therapy, medications, and symptom management.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with physicians and the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care management, disease progression, and health maintenance.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs/LVNs, HHAs, and nursing support personnel.
• Participate in on-call rotations and urgent clinical responses; assist with patient admissions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with state/federal regulations.
