Job summary

Baptist Health Home Health/Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager to provide, manage and coordinate care and services for an assigned caseload of patients in the Little Rock area.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, an Arkansas RN license, and a valid Arkansas driver's license. The position follows a day shift with Mon-Fri hours and may involve 80 hours bi-weekly. Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved program of Nursing.
• Current Arkansas RN License.
• Current Arkansas Driver's License.
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
