Avera Health is seeking a qualified administrator to lead hospice and home health programs in Pipestone, MN. The role carries administrative authority over nursing, social services, and support staff, with a focus on compliant operations and staff supervision.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years of management experience in home health or hospice and RN licensure eligibility in MN/SD, plus a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Benefits are comprehensive and the salary range is competitive.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Must have or be eligible for RN licensure in MN and SD with BLS certificate or to obtain within 1 week of hire.
