Phoenix Home Care in Topeka, KS is seeking a dedicated Hospice Home Health Aide. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with benefits and paid training options. CNA candidates are welcome while pursuing HHA certification, and reliable transportation is required for patient visits.

You will assist with daily care, mobility, medications as directed, and dietary needs while documenting patient status and ensuring comfort. Hospice experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• HHA certification is required.
• CNA welcome, must be willing to obtain HHA certification.
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Hospice/home health care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patient with bathing, oral, skin, and hair care.
• Assist patient to bathroom and in/out of bed as needed.
• Support ambulation and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary restrictions.
• Change bed linens and perform incidental cleaning as appropriate.
• Maintain records of services provided and patient status.
