Responsibilities: • Provide compassionate personal care services to terminally ill patients in their homes in Monroe Township, NJ • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming • Ensure the timely administration of prescribed medications by healthcare professionals • Monitor and promptly report any changes in the patient's condition to the hospice care team in Monroe Township, NJ • Offer invaluable emotional support and companionship to both patients and their families Qualifications: • Home Health Aide Experience • NEW JERSEY Home Health Aide Certification • US Work Authorization • Previous experience in hospice care preferred • Strong interpersonal communication skills • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CAR INSURANCE/REGISTRATION Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
