Job summary

The daily routine includes 4–6 patient visits, weekly interdisciplinary team meetings, and collaboration with social workers, physicians, and nurses.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where the VITAS program is located.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years.
• Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes.
