Choice Hospice, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison to expand patient admissions and awareness of hospice services.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, driving growth and ensuring compliant marketing practices. The role requires establishing referral networks, promoting the hospice model, and meeting monthly admission goals.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish new referral relationships, presenting Choice Hospice's care model to become the hospice care provider of choice.
• Grow the agency through service to the Elderly, Chronic, Seriously Ill, their families, and clinicians who care for this population.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with local, state and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.
• Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency's services and foster good relations with physicians and community agencies.
• Meet and/or exceed admission goals on a monthly basis.
