Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network seeks a Community Educator in Bloomington to inform healthcare professionals about the company’s services and to build lasting relationships with physicians, facilities, and hospitals. The CE will attend discharge rounds when possible and help patients transition to home healthcare within the health system.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record and ability to educate healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in home healthcare or hospice sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers about the Company services across physician offices, long-term care facilities, rehabs, and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the community.
• Create awareness of home healthcare services and benefits.
• Network and attend business organizations on behalf of the Company.
• Coordinate referrals and assist patients through transitions of care.
