Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice in Pasadena, TX, is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead your own location. You will develop your team, grow referral partnerships, and drive census growth while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
