Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a hospice liaison in New Hampshire to educate health care professionals, patients and families about home care services and to develop referral partnerships across hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices.

This outside sales role requires healthcare business development experience, travel of 50% or more within Hillsborough, Merrimack and Rockingham Counties, and a track record of meeting admissions and payor-mix goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare-related business development/outreach experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates patient admissions with the team and manages referrals in CRM.
• Attends community events to promote Amedisys.
• Responds to customer inquiries and supports problem resolution.
