Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking an on-call Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota for a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. You will handle after-hours needs across the Twin Cities Metro, perform urgent visits, and manage symptoms with compassionate end-of-life care.

You must hold an active Minnesota RN license; hospice experience is preferred and ICU/ER/palliative/home health backgrounds are encouraged. Beeper pay enhances the base hourly rate.

• Strong assessment, triage, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work evenings and overnights on a 7 On / 7 Off schedule.

• Respond to after-hours patient needs across the Twin Cities Metro.
• Perform urgent hospice visits, comprehensive assessments, and symptom management.
• Provide pain management, medication administration, and end-of-life nursing care.
• Guide families through changing conditions with confidence and compassion.
• Collaborate with physicians and the hospice team while documenting care accurately in the EMR.

Compensation: $54.09-$78.13/hour for active visit time + $5.10-$12.00/hour beeper pay

Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off | Evening & Overnight On-Call
