Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Palm Beach County. This per diem role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged.

Under RN/LPN supervision, you will assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and emotional support for patients and families, while ensuring a safe, respectful home environment. Florida CNA license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license (certified to practice).
• BLS/CPR certification or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support a clean, safe, and compassionate home environment for patients and families.
• Offer emotional support to patients and family members and communicate concerns to RN/LPN.
