Qualifications

• Hospice expertise with 2–5 years pref.
• Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Admin required; Master’s a plus.
• Understand hospice healthcare theories, concepts and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strategic thinker with strong time management and organization.
• Adaptive and agile in fast-paced environments.
• Healthcare background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with regulations and policies.
