Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Director Executive Operations - Hospice to partner with site leadership, driving operational excellence, program growth and financial performance across hospice operations.

This remote role requires frequent travel (75%) to multiple sites, with a focus on strategic planning, policy development and executive-level project execution. A Bachelor's degree and CHPCA readiness within 12 months are preferred; salary range $160,000–$175,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to become CHPCA certified within 12 months from date of hire.
• Executive management experience preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight and frequently (75%).
• Familiar with EMR systems and hospice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to identified sites to assist with Executive Operations.
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Executive Director Meetings and follow up on items.
• Assist with startup operations and act as a business operations expert for all Hospice locations.
• Collaborate on education for new Executive Directors and ongoing training for current Directors.
• Review business operations reports and help improve site processes.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding operations leadership.
• Gather intelligence on site operations and contribute to action plans.
• Participate in corrective action plans for audits and update policies as needed.
• Contribute to strategic growth planning locally and globally.
