Job summary

AccentCare Inc in Memphis, TN is seeking an Executive Director RN for Hospice. This full-time role covers the Memphis Market and requires leadership experience in hospice operations. Travel to identified sites and participation in executive meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse licensed in practicing state.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience in business and fiscal functions in a health care setting preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Travel to identified sites to assist with Executive Operations.
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Executive Director Meetings.
• Assist with startup operations as assigned.
• Serve as a business operations expert for all Hospice locations.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to educate and train new Executive Directors.
• Review business operations reports and help improve site processes.
• Interview potential Executive Directors and other operations staff as requested.
• Gather operational intelligence at local sites and relay findings to Leadership.

Be the Best Hospice Executive Director - RN Registered Nurse You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse licensed in practicing state
• At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program, 2 or more years preferred
• Experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting, preferred
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order

Responsibilities

• Travel to identified sites to assist with Executive Operations
• Participate in the Monthly and Quarterly Executive Director Meetings
• Assist with startup operations, as assigned
• Serving as a business operations expert for all Hospice locations
• In collaboration with the Learning & Development team, assist with education and training for new Executive Directors, including continuing education opportunities for existing Executive Director
• Assist in reviewing the business operations reports and helping to improve processes for each site
• Assist in interviewing potential Executive Directors, Director-Business Operations, and any other operations positions, as requested
• Gather intelligence on all operational activities at local sites when visiting and bring information back to Leadership team for development of action plans
