Gentiva Hospice seeks an experienced RN Executive Director to lead a mid-sized hospice location in Montgomery, Alabama. The role focuses on strategic clinical and operational leadership, guiding interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the requested employment state.
• BSN preferred; a Master's degree in business, nursing or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience; hospice/home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a mid-sized hospice location including clinical quality and census growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including interdisciplinary team management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold standards of patient-centered care.
• Lead human resources, budgeting, and office operations with the Administrator.
• Develop and monitor performance on safety, quality, and community relationships.
