Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new location in League City. You will recruit and develop your team, foster community partnerships, and drive census growth while working with an experienced Home Office to support your autonomous leadership.

The role emphasizes growth, partnerships, and strategic community outreach, with a competitive salary and performance bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
• Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.

We're looking for an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer who is ready for more than just another leadership position. At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.

What You'll Do:
