Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of hospice operations, performance, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets while maintaining strong financial accountability.
• Monitor census, staffing, productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the hospice management team and staff.
