Concho Hearts Hospice in Kerrville is seeking an Executive Director/ Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location, develop your team, grow meaningful community partnerships, and drive sustainable census growth. You’ll have autonomy with support from a home office to lead, grow, and ensure the location’s success.

• Minimum 2 years hospice marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of owning a market.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
• Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
• Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
• Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
