Job summary

ExcelaCare Hospice seeks a Training Coordinator to design and deliver training for all hospice employees in line with Medicare/State guidelines. You will develop programs, teach licensed staff, and support supervisors implementing new initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational skills, travel locally and overnight to alternate offices, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years hospice experience; RN licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or Marketing).
• 3 years in the hospice field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training for all hospice employees in accordance with Medicare/State guidelines.
• Develops hospice training programs and provides teaching to licensed staff and supervisors.
