Job summary

Medical Services of America (MSA) is seeking a Clinical Education Director based at our Lexington, SC corporate office to lead hospice education across the organization. You will shape learning strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate clinical excellence to improve patient and family care.

You will partner with field RNs, visit locations, conduct audits, and develop targeted educational programs. This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, quality, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN degree required.
• 5+ years hospice experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospice clinical practices, regulations, and quality requirements.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-conferencing platforms, and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice education strategy across the organization, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Develop and deliver engaging education translating standards into practical practice.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify needs and drive education initiatives.
• Visit hospice locations, conduct audits and chart reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
