Job summary

A leading hospice care provider in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking an Area Director of Education (RN) to lead clinical education strategies and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of hospice clinical experience. Responsibilities include designing training programs, evaluating staff performance, and supporting clinical excellence initiatives. Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of hospice clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits with new hires to evaluate readiness.
