Job summary

AnchorHealthLLC seeks a Marketing/Community Education Liaison to facilitate patient admissions to Hospice through marketing and education with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and other community resources. The role emphasizes strong relationships, presentations, and promoting the Hospice philosophy.

Education required is a Bachelor's degree in a related field; healthcare marketing experience is preferred, and LVN/RN in clinical liaison is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Able to maintain an organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision.
• Able to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, hospitals, appropriate special interest groups, discharge planners, nursing home professionals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and In-service presentations to potential referral sources.
• Participate in community and organizational programs, making presentations and joining as a member where appropriate, to promote Anchor Health services.
• Promote an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all patients.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, family members, and healthcare providers.
• Serve as a resource both internally and externally by supporting the mission and vision of the organization, particularly as it applies to palliative and end of life care.
