Job summary

Suncrest Hospice in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a proactive Community Liaison to strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners while advancing hospice marketing efforts.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to expand referral networks, enhance public perceptions, and identify opportunities for new services that meet patient needs while supporting Suncrest's mission and growing national footprint.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization.
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing.
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets.
