Job summary

Altus Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to join our team serving the Kingwood area. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to drive census growth and promote our compassionate hospice services.

This full-time role focuses on outreach, regular visits, and education about our care philosophy, while representing Altus Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships with physicians, healthcare staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Serve as an advocate for hospice services through outreach.
• Grow census by increasing community awareness and referrals.
• Drive referral growth via regular visits with physicians and care providers.
• Support patients and families by explaining services with empathy.
