Legacy Hospice in Winchester, VA is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer/Sales Representative) to build trusted relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners across Frederick, Clarke, Warren, and Shenandoah counties. The role focuses on census growth by increasing awareness and preference for hospice services while representing our compassionate team.

The position offers a base of $70,000–$85,000 per year with uncapped commissions, plus a $5,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of healthcare sales/marketing required.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish relationships with physicians and staff.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community.
• Conduct outreach to promote hospice services and quality care.
• Grow presence by positioning Legacy Hospice as provider of choice in the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with physicians, discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead initial conversations about hospice care and obtain informed consent with empathy.
