Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full‑time Community Liaison for the Winchester, Front Royal, VA region to promote Home Health, Palliative Care and Hospice services. The role involves engaging in the community and driving referrals to our care programs.

Candidates should have 3+ years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $95,000 with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze target markets and potential service areas.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, assisted living facilities to obtain referrals.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Provide community outreach and education.
