Job summary

Lighthouse Hospice, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to grow census in Mercer County, NJ. You will build trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians and healthcare partners, promoting our hospice services as the face of Lighthouse Hospice.

The role focuses on outreach, education, and advocating for compassionate end-of-life care, with the goal of expanding access and awareness in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Advocate for hospice services through regular outreach.
• Grow presence by promoting Lighthouse Hospice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through visits with physicians and care teams.
• Support patients and families during critical moments and explain services empathetically.
