Suncrest Hospice in Fort Worth/Arlington Territory seeks a Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals and other partners, helping Suncrest become the hospice of choice through compassionate, high-quality care.

You will drive referral growth, represent Suncrest in the market, and develop strategic plans while working independently with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive with reliable transportation.

Hospice Community Liaison

**Fort Worth/Arlington Territory**

The Community Liaison will spend their days building relationships with physicians, hospitals and other community partners as we seek to become their hospice of choice based on the compassion and high-quality care that our team provides to our patients and their families. We are looking for self-starters who are confident, personable and don’t want to be stuck behind a desk!

• Build and maintain a positive reputation for Brighton/Suncrest in your territory
• Strategic planning to identify opportunities to increase our presence in the market
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the hospice market, our referral sources and our competitors

Qualifications

• Ability to market aggressively while simultaneously maintaining positive industry relationships
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
